These are AKC Registered Labrador Retriever puppies or adults that were our 'picks' of the litter. With the purpose of being part our family - showing, hunting and breeding program. Because of the level of competition and the high standards for breeding, not everyone makes it into the program. Some dogs have been shown, trained and hunted with for 2 years before we determine they will not remain in the program. These dogs/puppies are healthy, well socialized, micro-chipped, current on ALL vaccines, crate trained, leash trained, housebroke, have basic obedience and retriever training. This is a very nice option for a family that wants to skip the sleepless nights, messes and hard work- that comes with a puppy.
Our special adults- show and hunting champions! Beautiful, perfectly trained- ready to go to the park or field. The perfect house dogs and companions! Joy to live with. Every 'great' once in awhile, we choose to place an older adult or retried dog into a companion home. It all depends on the dog's needs, abilities, desires, what the companion home has to offer the dog and most important - we feel the dog will be loved and cared for! Our adult dogs all have health clearances. That is a great value to the owner and we can not provide these absolute outcomes on a puppy, like we can our adult dogs whom are old enough to have OFA and Cardiac Clearances performed.
